SmartAstronomy will repair or replace product or parts which, upon inspection by SmartAstronomy, are found to be defective in materials or workmanship. The product must be returned to SmartAstronomy together with proof-of-purchase and warranty information.
The consumer must obtain a Return Authorization Number from SmartAstronomy by calling 888.291.6577. Customers must supply their name, address and daytime telephone number and a brief description of the issue. SmartAstronomy will retain parts or products from the repair.
Transportation costs to and from SmartAstronomy are the responsibility of the customer.
SmartAstronomy shall, within thirty days of receipt, use every effort to repair or replace products covered by this warranty. In the event that the repair requires more than thirty days, SmartAstronomy will notify the customer. SmartAstronomy reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and design.
If the product has been modified, abused, misused, or subject to unauthorized repair, this warranty will be void. Product malfunction or deterioration due to normal wear is not covered by this warranty.
SmartAstronomy disclaims any other warranties, except as those describes in this document. The obligation of SmartAstronomy under this limited warranty shall be to repair or replace the covered product, in accordance with the terms set forth herein. SmartAstronomy expressly disclaims any lost profits, general, special, indirect or consequential damages which may result from breach of any warranty, or arising out of the use or inability to use any SmartAstronomy product.

      • NOTE: This warranty is valid for U.S.A. and Canadian customers who have purchased this product from SmartAstronomy or an authorized SmartAstronomy dealer in the U.S.A. or Canada. Warranty outside the U.S.A. and Canada is valid only to customers who purchased from SmartAstronomy or a SmartAstronomy  authorized dealer.
